Military Super Session

Our military super sessions are a 2 hour grinding endurance workout that will truly test your physical and mental boundaries well outside your comfort zone.Our sessions are catered for everyone and no individual gets left behind regardless of their individual fitness level.
 
All our trainers are ex Australian soldiers who are also qualified military instructors with a wealth of physical training experience.
 
Our sessions will be conducted in different locations throuhout the Sydney area.

Outdoor X is run by Ray and Steve, both great guys with military training backgrounds. However, don't let their background scare you off! The "Sunday Super Session" was less Boot Camp and more Amazing Race crossed with Survivor!

In teams of 9, we tackled challenges like tug-of-war and the lesser known, "being the first team to fill our bucket with water carried in cups aross the beach"  We also carried each other, carried logs and ultimately ended up as a team hanging from a bridge to finish the race. There was also a couple of mental challenges thrown in for good measure. Outdoor X knows how to make 90 minutes of exercise seem like 20 minutes by creating a fun and team-orientated session.
