tick I’m not exercising at the moment will I be able to participate in the Outdoor X fitness program?
 

Yes the outdoor x program caters for all individuals, our team of trainers are experts in maximizing each workout and no one gets left behind during our sessions. 

 
tick What if the weather is adverse and it’s raining outside? Does the Outdoor X program still run?
  Yes training is on regardless of the weather, we take into account the weather for example if it’s raining quiet heavily we will normally conduct a cardio orientated session to minimize time on the wet ground.
 
tick What if there are some aspects of the program that for some reason I can’t perform due to injury etc?
 

Our trainers have a great deal of experience in exercise rehabilitation and exercise prescription are and can easily give alternative exercises as need be.

 
tick What can I expect to be doing during a training session with Outdoor X ?
 

Each session starts with a thorough warm up and some minor team games which we have brought with us from the military. Each session is different and you wont know what your doing till you arrive an average session will include strength training, abdominal and core training, muscular endurance, cardio training, fitness games, team challenges and more.

 
tick What happens if I am unable to attend the sessions due to unforeseen circumstances?
 

If  for some reason which is out of your control the missed sessions can be made up at a later date, however once the course starts it is up to the individual to attend all 12 sessions. 

 
tick What do I need to bring to a training session?
 

You must wear comfortable clothing to each session, it’s strongly advised that proper running shoes are worn and are in a good condition to minimize injury and maximize your workout.
A full water bottle must be brought to each session.
Any medication, puffers, insulin etc that you may require.

 
tick Who can I expect as my trainers at Outdoor X ?
 

Our team of trainers are fully qualified personal trainers who are registered with fitness Australia, they are also ex Australian soldiers, so you can always expect a physically and mentally challenging workout.
