Boot Camp Sydney - Outdoor X
All our boot camp sessions are designed to produce the right intensity to challenge the entire group within their own individual limits. This means that if you are fit you can expect to complete extra repetitions, and advanced exercises. If you are on your way to becoming fit then you will only need to do what you are capable of doing within your own limits, therefore anyone can join regardless of their fitness level.
We also have a massive variety of sessions including boxercise, circuits, cardiovascular training, strength training, endurance sessions, medicine ball sessions, rope runs, Weight bar training and many more. You will not do a repeat session during our program.
